The Espri delivers class-leading performance in the waves, on the ocean and lakes, fishing or just cruising. The Espri glides through the water so much easier than other brands this size, making it a joy to use.

Like all of the Viking family kayaks, the Espri comes standard with Safety Lines fitted around the sides. This important safety feature makes it much easier to reboard the Kayak.

It’s the ultimate all-rounder offering maneuverability, speed, and stability in a package the whole family can paddle. The seating position puts your heels lower than your seat, this makes it very comfortable.

The large rear well provides adequate space for a child, the family dog or a dry bag with extra gear.

Two hatches, the one in front of the seat are easy to access while paddling and have a bucket inside to prevent your small items from getting lost inside the hull. The forward hatch provides access to the bow for added storage.

Two rod holders are fitted, you can use one for your fishing rod and the other for your net or gaff. The Espri is very stable to fish from and because it glides through the water so easily, you can venture a little further than smaller kayaks.

This extended 6 year limited warranty for new export-grade kayaks is returned to base (NZ - Galloway International, Cryers Rd, East Tamaki, Auckland. Australia - your local PaddleZone store). It applies only to kayaks within Australia and New Zealand unless otherwise specified by an authorised international dealer, and to the original owner who has their details registered on our database. Original owners not listed on our database must be able to provide a receipt as proof of purchase. Unless otherwise stated, a 2-year limited warranty applies for countries outside Australia and New Zealand.

The extended 6 year warranty is limited to the hull of the kayak only and is limited to repair or replacement at Viking Kayak’s discretion
Accessories, attachments, and kayak graphics fitted by Viking Kayaks (including seats and paddles supplied by Viking Kayaks) are covered for one year
This warranty does not cover accessories and attachments not fitted by Viking Kayaks, or installation work not carried out by Viking Kayaks
This warranty does not cover normal wear including dents, abrasions, areas worn thin, intentional or accidental misuse/abuse, or if the kayak has been used for a purpose it was not designed for, such as running rapids in rivers where collision with rocks is likely.
This warranty does not cover damage caused by scupper hole trolleys (those trolleys with spigots that insert into kayak scupper
This warranty does not apply to kayaks used for commercial purposes

If you have a problem with your kayak please contact Viking Kayaks or an agent of Viking Kayaks before attempting any repairs (unauthorised repairs may void the warranty). We endeavour to put warrantable issues right through repair or replacement at our discretion and can help with suggestions for return to base transport.
